Inventory Planner vacancy

Inventory and Demand planning for electrical and automotive markets in line with division KPI’s and business objectives
Controlling of stock movement nationally and strategic inventory purchases.

• Recommended order planning and analysis for branches via Netstock and Sage
• Strategic purchases and freight coordination
• Order book analysis and achieving inventory budget vs forecast
• Review landed cost and purchase price variance reports
• Analysis and planning for EDI based customers, managing forecasting and planning to mitigate premium freight

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Proficient in Netstock and Sage X3 and Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of demand planning, freight and logistics
• Excellent verbal and communication skills

• Support Continuous improvement within the operations environment, Development and maintenance of processes and procedures to grow the procurement division.
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement.

• Matric and CIPS Qualification (Or working towards a CIPS or Supply chain qualification)
• 5 Years experience in inventory control and understanding forecasting and demand planning with freight experience
• Netstock Compulsory + Sage X3 + Microsoft office 365 – 5 years’ experience
• 5 years Procurement Experience
