Key Performance Areas - Key Work
- Sales Requests: Assist with any additional sales administration tasks and requests.
- Promotions: Assisting with the promotion preparation files.
- Special Pricing Administration: Assist with maintaining all special pricing price lists.
- Price Increase Tracking: Assist Sales Systems Manager with price increase files.
- Part Number Admin: Assisting in compiling costing sheets for opening new part numbers.
- Competitor Activities: Capturing and analyzing competitor activity data and chart representation of collected data.
- New Accounts: Capturing general information forms on the Trade Shield system. Follow up if links have been received i.e. New Account application forms
- Backorders: Analysis reporting for SA10 JHB.
- Quotes: Sales Order Processing as and when required.
- Customer liaison via various communication channels (Telephonic, Email and Online Platforms)
- General: All other Sales Support related actions that may be required
Core Competencies - Attributes
- Detail orientated person with the ability to work with accuracy, analyze and interpret data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and must have problem solving skills
Suggested Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Post Matric qualification in Office Administration will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office environment
- Power BI software experience advantageous
