Key Performance Areas - Key Work

  • Sales Requests: Assist with any additional sales administration tasks and requests.
  • Promotions: Assisting with the promotion preparation files.
  • Special Pricing Administration: Assist with maintaining all special pricing price lists.
  • Price Increase Tracking: Assist Sales Systems Manager with price increase files.
  • Part Number Admin: Assisting in compiling costing sheets for opening new part numbers.
  • Competitor Activities: Capturing and analyzing competitor activity data and chart representation of collected data.
  • New Accounts: Capturing general information forms on the Trade Shield system. Follow up if links have been received i.e. New Account application forms
  • Backorders: Analysis reporting for SA10 JHB.
  • Quotes: Sales Order Processing as and when required.
  • Customer liaison via various communication channels (Telephonic, Email and Online Platforms)
  • General: All other Sales Support related actions that may be required

Core Competencies - Attributes

  • Detail orientated person with the ability to work with accuracy, analyze and interpret data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and must have problem solving skills

Suggested Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 Senior Certificate
  • Post Matric qualification in Office Administration will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Power BI software experience advantageous
