Slotted and Solid Trunking
Cable protection trunking are used in wiring panels and switching systems. HellermannTyton offers cable protection ducts made of PVC as well as from halogen-free PC/ABS.
PVC tapes
Self adhesive PVC tapes are made of non-rigid polyvinyl chloride, are accepted as a best quality general use vinyl tape and widely used in wiring works. They provide excellent electrical insulation and adhesion. Another plus is the tapes’ high resistance to temperature extremes.
Lacing Twine
Waxed Nylon Lacing
Hellermann flat braided waxed nylon lacing is available in two sizes. Being impregnated with wax, the lacing grips the cables as they are being laced and does not loosen if the tension is reduced. Conforms to MIL - T -43435, type 1, finish B and is suitable for use up to 150 ºC.
LOH Lacing
A low cost version of the MW waxed nylon lacing is the LOH Series which is available in only one colour (cream).
PVC Covered Nylon Lacing Cord
PVC covered nylon filled lacing cord, ref PNF, is a high grade tubular nylon core covered with a flexible PVC coating. Suitable for use up to 85 ºC.
HellermannTyton Clips
A full range of saddles to fit all main contracting domestic cables sizes. From 3,5 mm to 12 mm round and flat 4 mm to 12 mm and are available in white, cream, brown and black.
PVC Electrical Insulation Tape
HT2 and HT3 - are both cold and weather resistant electrical tape, coated with an aggressive rubber resin adhesive with good ageing characteristics. Extremely flexible, even in cold weather and unaffected by moisture and most chemicals. No flagging or deterioration even under temperatures as high as 80 ºC.
Nitto (No. 21) Electrical Tape
A21$208 - Is a cold and weather resistant electrical tape, coated with an aggressive rubber resin adhesive with good ageing characteristics. Extremely flexible, even in cold weather and unaffected by moisture and most chemicals. No flagging or deterioration even under temperatures from -18 to 80 ºC.

BWR Rotary Cone Glands
Nickel-plated brass gland for use with all types of SWA cable. To provide clamping of the armour wire for earth continuity and mechanical retention of the cable. May be used both indoors and outdoors. These cable glands are easy to install and protects armour wire with SABS1213 approval.

Utility Junction Boxes
HellermannTyton Utility Junction Boxes are manufactured from high impact, corrosion and UV-resistant material and is used in general and industrial installations. Our Utility Junction Boxes allows for 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-way connections and are dust and water tight with SABS 1222 IP66 and IP68 approvals. No more need for drillinh and tapping, we also provide blanking plugs, O-rings, lock nuts and Din Rail mounting studs.
Nylon Glands and Accessories
Shrouds
Shrouds are used to minimise the risk of dirt or foreign substances gathering on the Cable Gland body, and or point of cable to cable gland interface.
Earth Tags
Earth Tags are installed to provide an earth bond attachment for a cable gland.
Metric Nylon Glands
The HellermannTyton Metric Nylon Glands are for multipurpose applications, watertight, easy to assemble, offers good strain relief, wide clamp range, has mulitple interlock facets to guarantee equal compression against cable and offers advanced thread design that improves cap / cable compression
